Creating a login form

1. We can either create the form using the html input tags

   
<form method="post" action="verification.php"> 
   Username <input type= "text" name= "username" size= " 15 " title= "Your username" />
   Password <input type= "password" name= "password" size= " 15 " title= "Your password"/>
   <input type= "submit" name= "login" value= "Login" title= "Click to login" />
</form>

This will generate a form looking like this :
Username : Password :


2. Or we can do so using tables

Registering users into a database via a login form and authenticating them at login using php,sql and html.

1. A database is created with a table for users
2. A login form is then created
3. Next a registration form is then created
4. Then users are authenticated
